EAAA India Alternatives Limited (formerly known as Edelweiss Alternative Asset Advisors Limited) has its presence in India’s maiden International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) through its branch, EAAA India Alternatives Limited (IFSC Branch) (EAAA IFSC) based at Gujarat International Financial Tec-City (GIFT City), Gujarat, India.

EAAA IFSC is registered with International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) as a Fund Management Entity – (Non-Retail) (Registration No. IFSCA/FME/II/2022-23/057) under International Financial Services Centres Authority Act, 2019 read with the IFSCA (Fund Management) Regulations, 2022.

EAAA IFSC as the fund management entity in GIFT IFSC manages alternative investment funds registered with IFSCA. The current set of funds under its management span across various strategies including stressed debt/special situations, performing credit infrastructure and real estate debt.
